When we do digital transformation projects for traditional companies, it usually takes 7-9 months (exactly the time which requires a child to be born), we realize that the hardest part is not the implementation of technology, setting up the platforms or opening up of new digital channels, it is about making the leadership and the team buy-in the idea of ‘going digital’. It is like making an elephant dance. Culture needs to be built. It is a habit which we are building. It should become part of the way we think.
It is like knowing what is good, and not doing it. It is doing what is good (out of force), but not internalizing it.
