“Man is the only creature who refuses to be what he is.”― Albert Camus.
Life gives us a variety of experiences. From pure physical pleasure to unbearable emotional trauma. We record everything in our memory. We do not discriminate experiences. We more often access trauma than pleasures. We take pleasures for granted and trauma too seriously. By doing that, we create heavy emotional density within us and it can even create physical inflammations. It is so powerful. What we access from the ‘fully recorded memory’ often depends on our predisposition. Occasionally, we should delete the cache memory which reduces our ability to experience life in its fullest. Every construction leaves some debris. While constructing ourselves, we also left some emotional debris, still not moved from our site. Clean up.
