Many large organizations are woven in the cobweb of bureaucracy. It takes a disruptor to wipe it off making all lazy spiders running like headless chickens. The next big task is then building a team that is ‘hyper contextual.’ Many are redundant and dragging things to suit their own interests far different from what the organization needs to aim at. Be it government, a large public enterprise or even a bank with legacy – they all suffer the tragedy of the commons.
