While I started writing a business proposal, my community manager at WeWork called me to join a Brazilian Animal Dance a one-hour session they do as a routine wellness program for members. I was stuck on how to prepare the proposal as they were emotions and dynamics involved almost reaching a deadlock with many stakeholders having diverse opinions on the client side. I joined a group of youngsters who came forward for the session. For the next one hour, we walked, crawled, ran like wild animals at the swanky WeWork office in Bangalore. We were having fun. My heartbeats never went below 120/minute. After the session, I came back and sat on the proposal and finished it with a disruptive and bold thought. Sometimes what we need is shaking our body, which can disrupt our mind.
Like what Tony Robbins says, physiology determines your psychology.
